Use large tin of fruit, cocktail/pears/ peaches good.

Recipe Ingredients for fruit pudding

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup coconut, dessicated
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried milk, no fat
60 grams butter
400 grams pear
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for fruit pudding

  1. Mix flour, soda, salt, fruit, & juice & 1 cup sugar put into oven proof dish.

  2. Bake in oven 180 degrees C.

  3. When cooked prick with fork.

  4. Mix sugar, coconut, vanilla, butter,dried milk & water and boil for 5 mins

  5. Pour over pudding.

  6. Serve warm.
