1 serving Cytosport 100% Whey
8 fl. oz kirkland organic vanilla soy milk
0.67 cup Frozen Mixed Fruit
1/2 cup, thawed Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Fruit Protein Malt

Add milk and fruits to blender. Blend till fruit is liquified. Add scoop of Protein whey. Blend to dissolve whey. Pout in 2 tall glasses. Enjoy! Frozen fruit thickens and makes it taste like malt. Add sprig of mint.
