Not heart healthy but absolutely yummy

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Pizza

3 sticks margarine
16 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
272 g chocolate graham crackers
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
6 oz red raspberries
6 oz blackberries
1/4 cup bing cherries
1/2 cup green grapes
1 1/2 cups strawberry
16 oz mandarin oranges

Recipe Directions for Fruit Pizza

  1. Crush graham crackers

  2. mix butter with graham crackers

  3. Press into 9 x 13 in pan.

  4. Mix cream cheese,heavy whipping cream and vanilla this smooth

  5. Pour over graham crackers

  6. Cut fruit and arrange on top of cream cheese

  7. chill for aleast 4 hours
