A delicious fruit pizza for any breakfast or brunch.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Pizza

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cups bread flour
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Banana
5 strawberries
5 ounces mandarin oranges
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Pizza

  1. Combine first nine ingredients to create sugar cookie crust.

  2. Combine next three ingredients to create a cream layer followed sliced fruits.

  3. Bring the last five ingredients to a boil in order to create a glaze for the fruit
