Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Pizza

16 crescent rolls reduced fat
16 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 cups strawberries
2 cups blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 bananas

Recipe Directions for Fruit Pizza

  1. Flatten rolls on a cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with a cooking spray. Bake in oven at 350 until brown. Remove from oven. This becomes your pizza crust.

  2. While rolls are cooking, soften cream cheese and add sweetner such as nu-stevia to taste (I usually add two packages).

  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on baked rolls. Add sliced fruit to your liking on top of mixture, press in. Cover and chill for 30 minutes, slice into 12 pieces and enjoy this dessert.
