Easy to prepare and healthy and light sweet alternative for your healthy dieting. You can serve with full cream or plant based whipped cream if desired. Note: If you can find fresh fruits, you can prepare the mixture from fresh ones. Otherwise frozen mixtures do well, too.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Pie from Olga's Healthy Choice

145 g biscuit
500 g frozen fruits
150 g grape molasse
50 g water
2 leaves gelatine
2 tbs almond flakes
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Fruit Pie from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. In a large and a beep tray (3 cms) tray, crash the biscuits. Spread almond flakes and cinnamon.

  2. In a pan put fruit mixture with molasse and bring to boil. Add gelatine leaves, stir properly. Turn off the heat. Keep 10 minutes to rest. Then add the fruit mixture over the biscuits mixture. Mix a few times with a spoon.

  3. Let it cool.

  4. Enjoy as snack or as a dessert or just as a meal!

  5. Bon appetite!
