Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Pepper Salsa

2 cups Pineapple, Chunks
2 Oranges
1/4 cup Scallion, Chopped
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
2 tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
4 leaves Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Pepper Salsa

Cut pineapple chunks in half and place in a mixing bowl with oranges, scallion, red bell pepper, cilantro and jalapeno. Toss well and chill for 1 hour, At serving time, place equal amounts on lettuce leaves and serve.
