Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Oatmeal

2 cup oats
1 cup bran
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup dried dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 pumpkin seeds
1/4 dried apricots

Recipe Directions for Fruit Oatmeal

  1. Mix it all together

  2. Toast in the oven if you wish

  3. Per serving is 1/4 cup prepared the way that you like to prepare oatmeal, either with water or milk.
