makes 16 servings of 1/3 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and nut granola

1/2 cup apple juice
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups oatmeal
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried apples

Recipe Directions for Fruit and nut granola

  1. In a large saucepan,heat apple juice,peanut butter

  2. honey,cinnamon over medium heat until peanut butter

  3. is melted

  4. Remove from heat

  5. Stir in oates and almonds,spread on baking sheet

  6. Bake 350 oven stirring occassionally for 25 mins

  7. or until likely golden

  8. let cool

  9. Break in large chunks

  10. Stir in cranberries,raisins,apples
