Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Nut Granola Bars

0.5 cup Rice Krispies
0.5 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
2.5 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.75 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
164 grams Apples
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100 grams Agave Nectar
1 cup Applesauce
2 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Nut Granola Bars

  1. mix all ingredients together

  2. press firmly into a 9x13 baking dish

  3. bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes

  4. cut into bars

  5. cool completely
