5 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen thawed
1/2 cup cranberries, frozen thawed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup pure olive oil
