Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and nut chocolate topped bars

2 cup puffed rice
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried dates
1/2 cup Pepitas
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup tahini
200 g 70% chocolate

Recipe Directions for Fruit and nut chocolate topped bars

  1. toast nuts and seeds

  2. lightly warm all ingrediants

  3. add wet ingrediants to dry and combine

  4. press into a tin

  5. top with melted chocolate
