dried fruits, nuts, and oatmeal bars

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit & Nut Breakfast Bars

2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup almonds, dry roasted
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup apricots, dried
1/2 cup cranberries, dried
2 tbs brown sugar
12 oz evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Fruit & Nut Breakfast Bars

  1. warm evaporated milk and brown sugar

  2. mix all other ingredients, then incorporate into milk

  3. press into oiled baking pan, bake 1 hr at 250 degrees
