Recipe Ingredients for Fruit & Nut Bar, Hot Chocolate Fudge

80 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
20 grams Unsalted Cashews, Urtekram
10 grams Almonds
10 grams Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Wilhelm Reuss
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Fruit & Nut Bar, Hot Chocolate Fudge

  1. Lay out three pieces of plastic wrap, each about the size of a half sheet of paper.

  2. 2. Put all the ingredients together in your food processer or blender and proces funtil a crumbly texture is reached.

  3. 3. Shape into three 40g bars (or roll into balls for delicious one-bite threats) and wrap each piece in plastic wrap.

  4. 5. TIP! How to form the bars without getting sticky fingers: Place each lump on each of one of the sheets of plastic wrap. Wrap the plastic around each bar and start squishing into a bar shape form; press against countertop to flatten bottom side, flattening top side and ends with flat of hand.
