Yummy loaf with dried mixed fruit and spice. Gorgeous toasted with marg and jam

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Loaf

2 1/4 cups wholewheat flour
2 cups strong white flour
4 oz (Tesco) Dried fruit - mixed
300 ml water
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon ground or mixed spice
1/2 tablespoon yeast
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Fruit Loaf

  1. Place all ingredients into the bread machine in the order of the manual and press onto dough cycle, once made turn out into a loaf tin and place a cloth over it to prove for 15 minutes.

  2. Then bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 7 for about 35 minutes. Turn out and allow to cool on wire rack.
