Makes 2 1.5 cup servings. Under the ingredients I put fat free plain yogurt but I used low fat unsweetened Kefir. Either is fine.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Kefir Smoothie

1 cup of fat free plain yogurt
4 oz of banana
4 oz of strawberries
3 tbsp of oatmeal
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of ice

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Kefir Smoothie

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
