Recipe Ingredients for Fruit-Hint Whoatmeal Muffins

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 Banana
1/2 cup whole grain flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon splenda

Recipe Directions for Fruit-Hint Whoatmeal Muffins

  1. Mix oats and milk together and let sit for one hour.

  2. Mix in other ingredients (without the cinnamon and splenda or sugar).

  3. After pouring mix into muffin pan, lightly add cinnamon-sugar mix on top of muffins.

  4. Bake at 400 for 25-30 min.
