flour tortillas filled with fruit pan-fried and sprinkle with powder sugar (if desired)

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit-Filled Quesadillas

24 g 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 teaspoons butter, melted
21 ounces Comstock more fruit than filling, peach
12 ounces cream cheese, soft

Recipe Directions for Fruit-Filled Quesadillas

  1. brush one side of tortilla with melted butter

  2. on other side spread thin layer of cream cheese spread 1/4 cup of pie filling

  3. fold tortilla in half and place in lg skilled over med-low heat cook until lightly browned, flip and cook till other side is lightly browned.

  4. Serve warm
