Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Filled Coffee Cake

517 grams white cake mix
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
240 grams Sour Cream
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup water
598 grams pie filling apple
42 grams Sliced Almonds
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Recipe Directions for Fruit Filled Coffee Cake

  1. HEAT oven to 350F. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch pan; top with spoonfuls of pie filling.

  2. BAKE 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; sprinkle with toasted nuts. Cool 10 min.

  3. MIX sugar and milk; drizzle over cake. Cool completely.
