High in Fiber and Calcium, great for a breakfast when I'm not sure when I'll get to eat again. (Very filling, so you might want to halve it.)

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Fiber

1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup All Bran buds
1/8 cup flax meal
3 small strawberries
1/4 apple
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ricotta

  1. Cut up fruit

  2. Mix all ingredients
