1/8 tsp Baking Soda
0.13 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
6 fig Figs, Dried, Uncooked
1 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
0.33 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.33 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 medium Egg, Whole
1/4 cup, packed Raisins, Seedless

Recipe Directions for Fruit & energy bites

Chop walnuts, chop dates, wish together dried goods, add wet goods. Bake for 33-35 minutes until golden in colour. Should make between 16-20 bites
