This is a very tart fruit crisp, if you like it sweet then you should add 1/2 Cup of Agave Nectar of brown sugar to the fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Crisp Lowfat

8 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Plums
2 medium apple Apples
1 apricot Apricots
0.25 cup Orange Juice
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
0.25 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
0.25 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table
3 tablespoon Oil, canola

Recipe Directions for Fruit Crisp Lowfat

Slice up fruit with peel on. Mix fruit with orange jucie and nectar or brown sugar if you are using. Then mix all the rest of the ingredients, if too dry add some water and spinkle on top. Bake for about 40 minutes until top is browned.
