8 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Vanilla
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mandarin oranges

  1. place the cottage cheese and yogurt into blender

  2. blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

  3. add fruit and blend an additional 15 seconds

  4. portion and serve

  5. Enjoy!
