Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Chocolate Cookie


Ingredients:
1 cup Bisquick (420 calories)
1/4 cup Splenda
1 1/2 cups Oatmeal (450 calories)
1/3 cup skim milk (30 calories)
1 egg white (20 calories)
2 tablespoon baking cocoa (40 calories)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped strawberries (70 calories)

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Chocolate Cookie

  1. Directions:

  2. Combine dry ingredients.

  3. Add skim milk, egg white, vanilla to mixture.

  4. Add strawberries and raspberries to mixture.

  5. Drop onto cookie sheet.

  6. Add M& Ms to each cookie. (35 calories each)
