Good, on the go meal. Great way to get your fruit -especially ones you don't like. Any fruit can be used, mix your favorite fruits with ones you don't like so much to help hide the flavor. Kids love it!

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Breakfast Shake

3 cups non-fat milk
1 cup strawberries
1 cup papaya

Recipe Directions for Fruit Breakfast Shake

chop the fruit to blender friendly sizes. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for about a minute or so. Serve immediately or, let rest in the blender and blend it for about 10 seconds or so before serving.
