Healthy fruit blend smoothie for breakfast or workouts

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit blend smoothie

3 cup Four Berry Blend
4 oz Activia Yogurt
1 cup frozen chopped Spinach
1 cup Orange Juice
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Fruit blend smoothie

Place yogurt, bananas and orange juice in the blender. Blend until smooth. Add slightly thawed (easier on the blender) fruit and spinach one cup at a time until smooth. I like to put the smoothie through a strainer before I drink it to take out the hard seeds from the berries! I love this smoothie for breakfast, or before/after workouts. ENJOY!
