A fresh summer salsa great as a snack or a dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit & Berry Salsa

2 cup fresh strawberries
2 granny smith apples
2 kiwi
1 small orange
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Fruit & Berry Salsa

  1. Remove the stems of the strawberries and cut into small pieces.

  2. Peel the apples and cut them into wedges removing the core. Then place in a food processor and chop to small pieces.

  3. Peel the kiwi and chop into small pieces.

  4. Place all 3 fruits into a mixing bowl.

  5. remove 1 Tbsp of orange zest from the orange and place in the mixing bowl.

  6. Juice the orange and place approximately 3 Tbsp of juice in with the fruit.

  7. Add brown sugar to the bowl and stir.

  8. Serve with Cinnamon Tostada Chips or Cinnamon Graham Crackers.

  9. Yields approximately 8 - 1/2 cup servings.
