Can be done with a variety of fruit and berries. You want a total of approximately 900 grams. Some sweet, some a little tart. Brown sugar - 3 tbsp packed

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit-Berry Crisp

208 grams kiwi
178 grams strawberries
170 grams blackberries
150 grams raspberries
210 grams peach
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp butter
41 1/4 grams brown sugar packed
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Fruit-Berry Crisp

  1. Combine fruit and white sugar let rest 15-30 minutes

  2. until syrup forms. Add corn starch and mix.

  3. Combine other ingredients to form crumble/crisp topping. Work butter into ingredients by hand.

  4. Bake in 375 oven 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.
