Recipe Ingredients for Fruit & Bacon Bran Muffins

1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
4 slices turkey bacon
1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Fruit & Bacon Bran Muffins

  1. Combine bran, buttermilk, applesauce

  2. Combine egg, sugar, vanilla

  3. Mix together with a whisk. then add dry ingredients and last fold in berries amd bacon. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
