Frozen yogurt with fresh fruit and chocolate chips. The recipe is actually a pretty good snack in moderation but it has a lot of sugar in it. The good part of it although is that it has a lot of vitamins and minerals. For a healthy diet it should be eaten every once in a while on more of a special occasion. It can be served with whipped cream and you could add nuts and light whipped cream if desired.

1 cup banana
2 cups blueberries
16 oz strawberries
1 cup chocolate chips
7 cups frozen yogurt

  1. This sundae was made in layers

  2. first put low fat frozen yogurt

  3. then put slices of banana, strawberries, blueberries

  4. then put half a cup of chocolate chips

  5. Repeate once more

  6. Add extra's to your liking
