Homemade frozen yogurt using fresh fruit and low fat ingredients. Recipe assumes that you have made a batch of homemade yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt with Berries (non-fat)

1 quart milk, non fat
5 tbsp powdered milk
2 tbsp splenda
6 oz yogurt, low fat
6 cups berries
1 tbsp lemon juice (if desired)

Recipe Directions for Frozen Yogurt with Berries (non-fat)

Make a batch of 7 (6oz) bottles of yogurt in advance, and wait till chilled. Puree berries in a food processor and then mix by hand until both are blended. Add lemon juice if desired. Freeze in ice cream freezer, and then transfer over to a container. Place in freezer for at least 6 hours.
