The calorie count is for fat-free yoghut as it won't accept any other sort! Use Fage Greek strained yoghurt or experiment with half Greek half fat-free. Also experiment with less sugar - to taste or use Splenda. Delicious with any fresh berry fruit

Recipe Ingredients for Frozen yoghurt

500 g yoghurt
100 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Frozen yoghurt

  1. Stir the vanilla extract and sugar (fine 'caster' is best) into the yoghurt until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. Chill in the fridge for an hour.

  3. Churn in icecream maker or freeze in plastic box, forking through every hour to break up ice crystals until nearly frozen.
