Frozen winter squash with some spice

Recipe Ingredients for FROZEN WINTER SQUASH -- JUST A LITTLE MORE HOMEMADE

2 cups winter squash
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp apple sauce

Recipe Directions for FROZEN WINTER SQUASH -- JUST A LITTLE MORE HOMEMADE

  1. Prepare frozen squash according to box in the microwave.

  2. After 5 minutes of cooking, remove from microwave, add ingredients, blend.

  3. Heat for 1 minute until hot.

  4. You could also add crushed pecans or walnuts, some splenda, or you could even mix it in with mashed sweet or russet potatoes for a different taste and texture.
