1 cup frozen vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup of corn
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Frozen Vegetables with Brown Rice

  1. In a wok heat garlic, olive oil, and frozen vegetables for 5 minutes.

  2. Add rice and corn and heat for 2 more minutes while stirring.

  3. Add egg and let cook fully, then stir entire dish.

  4. Add sesame seeds
