Recipe Ingredients for Frozen Fruit Cups

3 bananas, mashed
1 cup pineapple, crushed
16 oz orange juice concentrate
16 oz strawberries, chopped
2 tsp sugar
48 oz Diet Sprite

Recipe Directions for Frozen Fruit Cups

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. spoon into individual cups

  3. Freeze

  4. Serve from frozen

  5. Sunstitute sugar with a sugar substitute for added calorie drop. Or eliminate sugar all together.
