Frozen Chocolate Oreo Peanut Butter Delight, serves approximately 40

Recipe Ingredients for Frozen Chocolate Oreo Peanut Butter Delight

2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup light cream cheese
1 cup fat free cream cheese
18 ounces creamy peanut butter, reduced fat
28 ounces sweetened condensed milk, fat free
16 ounces cool whip, light
14 oreo cookies, crushed
1 cup chocolate syrup

Recipe Directions for Frozen Chocolate Oreo Peanut Butter Delight

  1. Remove cream cheese from refrigerator and cool whip from freezer; let stand at room temperature until softened/thawed.

  2. Crush oreo cookies until crumbled; set aside.

  3. With electric mixer, cream powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, 18 ounce jar of reduced fat peanut butter and 2 cans (14-ounces each) sweetened condensed milk until combined and creamy; add thawed cool whip and mix well.

  4. In the bottom of a large (or 2 large) freezer containers sprinkle 1/4 of crushed oreo's; add 1/4 peanut butter mixture and pour 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup on top; continue layering mixture with cookie crumbs, peanut butter cream and chocolate syrup; ending with syrup. Freeze container(s) until frozen/firm. Can be kept in refrigerator, but it's MUCH better served frozen!
