A mixture of crushed berries, water, lime and yoghurt together to make one yummy and delicious ice cream that's good for your body and does not put on many calories at all :) The recipe is made for 4 servings but can also be used for 2 or 3 depending on how big you want to make the ice cream :) Enjoy! :)

Recipe Ingredients for Frozen Berry Ice-Cream

91 grams Blueberries
61 grams Raspberries
52 grams Water
10 grams Lime Juice
95 grams Natural Bio Yoghurt

Recipe Directions for Frozen Berry Ice-Cream

  1. 1. Measure up all the ingredients

  2. 2. Take out a bowl or anything you can use to crush the berries in

  3. 3. Take both the raspberries and blueberries and pour them into the bowl

  4. 4. Crush the berries until they are mixed together into a (mushy)? mixture

  5. 5. Add the water and the lime to the bowl and stir it all together

  6. 6. Add the yoghurt to the mixture and blend it in until all of ingredients are mixed together well into one mixture

  7. 7. Take a spoon or pour the mixture into anything that you can put into the freezer without breaking (plastic bowl / plastic container )

  8. 8. Put into the freezer and wait until frozen (can take anywhere between 3 - 6 hours)

  9. 9. Take the container/ item that you put the mixture in

  10. 10. Enjoy your ice cream :)
