Modified version of 500 calorie/serving favorite.

Recipe Ingredients for Frosted Cranberry Squares - Light

3/5 ounces sugar free raspberry jello
2 cups boiling water
12 ounces chopped fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups Splenda
1/2 cup orange juice
10 ounces pineapple, in own juice, crushed
4 ounces cream cheese, fat free
3 cups whipped topping, fat free
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Frosted Cranberry Squares - Light

  1. Dossolve jello in boiling water.

  2. Add cranberries, Splenda, orange juice and pineapple.

  3. Pour into 9"x13" pan. Chill 4 hours or overnight until set.

  4. Spread cream cheese over top.

  5. Spread whipped topping over top.

  6. Sprinkle with walnuts.

  7. Enjoy.
