Recipe Ingredients for Fronch Toast

6 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup French vanilla soy creamer
1/2 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup chickpea flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 dash cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Fronch Toast

Pour the soy creamer and rice milk into a wide, shallow bowl. Add the cornsharch and chickpea flour and mix until mostly absorbed. Small lumps are okay. Soak the bread slices in the mixture (don't let them get too soggy), and fry in a pan just like French toast. Serve immediately. Serve with syrup.
