Frittatta with swiss chard, scallions, and parmesan mix

Recipe Ingredients for Frittatta with swiss chard

1 egg Extra Large Grade AA Eggs
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
1 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
1 serving parmesan, romano and asiago Trader joe
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Frittatta with swiss chard

  1. Slice scallions and swiss chard and in a separate bowl, mix the egg.

  2. In a frying pan, heat oil, saute scallions and red stalk of the chard, add greens, cook lightly, add egg mixture in the center, cook lightly and cover until done to taste. Add parmesan mixture at the end and it melts.
