using coconut oil or butter, coat the bottom of a large deep frying pain that can be put in the oven. scramble 10-16 eggs in a bowl, add raw spinach to the pan once hot. Slice tomato and mushrooms. preheat oven to 400. add scrambled eggs, feta, tomato and mushrooms to taste, add garlic salt, oregano and pepper to taste. Let the ingredients in the pan cook, without stirring, until you can shake the pan by the handle, and only a small top layer of egg remains uncooked and shakes. Then put the pan in the oven, until the top layer is stiff. cut like quiche and enjoy.
