Baked Frittata with peas and polish sausage

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata - Sausage and Peas

6 eggs
8 oz polish sausage
2 oz feta cheese
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup peas
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Frittata - Sausage and Peas

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Slice onions and chop garlic.

  3. Cut sausage into bite-sized cubes.

  4. Melt butter in an oven-proof skillet (i.e., cast iron skillet) and caramelize onions and garlic.

  5. Put sausage in pan and brown.

  6. Put frozen peas in pan with sausage, onions and garlic and let them cook 'til tender.

  7. Beat eggs and pour them over the ingredients in the pan.

  8. Crumble the feta and scatter it over the pan.

  9. Cook until the eggs are about halfway done.

  10. Put the skillet in the oven and cook for approximately 6 minutes.

  11. When the eggs aren't "shaky" they are done.
