Italian Egg Breakfast from Better Homes & Garden Cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

6 eggs
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
15 g Hickory Smoked Bacon - Thick Sliced Peppered
1/4 cup Pizza Cheese Shredded

Recipe Directions for Frittata

Beat eggs & pepper; set aside. Cook onion & garlic in butter until tender in 10-inch oven-proof skillet. Stir in cooked meat & vegetables. Add egg mixture & run spatula around edges as it cooks to get all the uncooked part to the pan. Cook until almost set. Place skillet under broiler for 1-2 minutes or until top is just set. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into wedges.
