Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

4 large Egg, White
1 cup Onions
1 cup Egg, White
8 oz Mushrooms Crimini
3 cup Spinach
2 oz Feta Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a skillet add olive oil and turn to medium high heat.

  3. Add onions and pinch of season blend and saute for a few minutes. add mushrooms, egg mixture, spinach and feta and cook another couple of minutes until the eggs start to set and pull away from the skillet.

  4. Place oven proof skillet in oven and cook for 5-6 minutes until eggs are completely cooked.

  5. Cool slightly, and gently lift out of the skillet. Cut into desired slices.
