Mexican style frittata with potatoes and almonds

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

1 small potato
2 egg
1/2 tsp chili powder
5 Almonds
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. cook potato in microwave

  2. dice up potato and fry in frying pan

  3. crack egg and mix up with chili powder

  4. dice up almonds

  5. put eggs and almonds all in pan with potato

  6. let eggs cook up, Broil for 2-4 minutes

  7. Eat
