Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

156 g. ham
169 g. brocolli
7 eggs
7 egg whites
24 g. spinach
56 g. mozzarella, part skim

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. Sprinkle ham and veggies in sprayed pie pan.

  2. Pour lightly beaten eggs and whites over mixture in pan.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 35 min.
