Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

10 large eggs
5 slices Serrano ham
1/2 large onion
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c skim milk
1/4 c cheddar cheese
1/2 c spinach

Recipe Directions for Frittata

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish (do not grease). Bake in oven at 350 degrees F.
