Like an omelet without having to flip it

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

7 eggs
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 oz mozzerella cheese
1/2 c red onion
1/8 c mushrooms
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3 T butter
2 oz bacon (cooked and chopped into pieces)
1 Salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Frittata

In a ovenproof preferrably non-stick skillet, melt butter. Cook onions and mushrooms on medium high heat. In a bowl, mix eggs and salt and pepper. Pour into skillet and turn gently around to incorporate. Then leave it alone until sides become stiff. Add tomatoes, then cheese and then bacon bits. Place into 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until visibly cooked on top. Slide spatula around the sides and bottom, releasing the frittata onto a place. Cut and serve.
