Frittata Recipe

You can add a bit of bacon, ham, any veggies (broccoli, onion, peppers) to the top.

Recipe Ingredients for Frittata

6 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Frittata

  1. Whisk together eggs, butter and half and half (could also use 1 cup of milk) and a bit of salt and pepper to taste. Pour into pie tin or for individual servings pour into large muffin tin. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  2. If you add veggies, soften them a bit in a frying pan with spray oil. Then gently place them on top of egg mixture.

  3. Cook at 400 degrees for approx. 20 min or until golden brown and bubbly on top.
