2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cabbage
1 tbsp parsley
1 onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for frittata

  1. stir fry ingredients

  2. whisk eggs

  3. add eggs

  4. keep on stove for 5 minutes

  5. under grill for another 5 minutes
